The adult program offers you an incredible way to stay in shape while learning valuable self-defense skills. For beginners, the fundamentals program has a strong self-defense component as well as traditional jiu jitsu. New practitioners can also attend our “adult” classes where we focus on a specific philosophy or technique, open mats, and nogi classes. Advanced classes are also offered.
Our kids BJJ program is fun and intense. Kids will learn BJJ techniques and apply them with 10-15 minutes of positional sparring or rolling in each class. We also teach nogi classes and traditional self-defense techniques. While not required, we encourage our kid’s team compete at tournaments.
Our Krav Maga classes are designed to address your self-defense needs through teaching principles and skills, awareness strategies, as well as developing your physical fitness and psychological readiness to prepare you for a real-world self-defense situation.
