Wade began training jiu jitsu in 2004 under Professor Pedro Sauer in Maryland. After moving to NC and a multi-year hiatus Wade earned his purple belt in the Nova Uniao system. In 2020 he went back to his roots and started his own gym as a certified instructor under Pedro Sauer. After meeting Garry (along with Pedro Sauer’s retirement from active teaching) Wade decided to move the school under Butch Hiles. Wade teaches adult fundamentals, adult jiu jitsu, and the kids program.
